The publishers of ACR Journal and Heat Pumps Today are excited to announce news on the ‘consumer front’.
Firstly, giving a bit of context, as you know, ACR Journal and Heat Pumps Today work hard to help inform the contractor/installers and in particular the plumbers/heating engineers who are moving across to renewable energy, from fossil fuels of late. Whilst they are very proud of their efforts, and do their best to share the positive news within the sector, they are also aware that the homeowners are still a long way off of understanding many of the heat pump benefits. Especially when you get the likes of the national newspapers, providing mixed messages via their own News stories.
So, with this in mind, they’ve given much thought on how to help influence and inform the homeowner.
A soft launch of a new platform Heat Pump Your Home, which is a brand-new media area designed to inform, educate, and support the home owner has now been initiated. This is an informative website/e-newsletter/social platforms where homeowners can go to get advice, contact details of their local skilled engineers, grant updates, and of course types of kit, plus the benefits of heat pumps and ancillary products.
Now the soft launch has been initiated, they are inviting contributors to provide consumer-led content - whether it’s; advice, case studies, top tips or updates on the sector which the homeowners may find useful and interesting.
