 | Camfil has added Sri Lanka to its global operations, the 51st country that the air filtration expert now has representatives in. Camfil's MD for India, Shashi Shekhar recently visited Sri Lanka to meet with potential customers. He said: "Sri Lanka is a great addition to our business, with opportunities across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, hospitals, warehousing, waste treatment and data centres. Manufacturing in particular is a growing part of Sri Lanka's economy where good air quality is essential to keep workers safe and processes clean and efficient. This is a new milestone in our strategic business plan. During the visit, the Camfil team presented the need for clean air and the air filtration solutions offered, covering comfort, clean processes, indoor air quality, molecular contamination control and air pollution control.
Local distributor Industrial Safety Equipment will provide a point of contact to customers, delivering products and services, while sales will be handled by the India-based team.
