Eurovent Certita Certification (ECC) has launched a new website designed to provide quick and easy access to certified data.
Established in 1993, ECC is recognised as a world leader in third-party product performance certification in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration fields. Based on a voluntary approach, its certification schemes are open to all manufacturers and distributors.
The new website is designed to provide a better user experience to a wider audience (consultants, technical design offices, architects, and end-users).
It incorporates an online search engine for third-party certified products, components and systems with an easy access to certified data by:
- product families,
- brands,
- performances
Editorial content related to the following topics is also available:
- Indoor air quality and ventilation
- Thermal comfort
- Heat pumps
- Refrigeration
Content is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Arabic and Chinese.
Fans
The first certificate of the Eurovent Certified Performance programme for Fans has been granted to direct driven centrifugal fans using EC motor technology. The programme includes all fan types intended to be used as air handling unit components and the list of corresponding products can be checked here.
Air cleaners
The first certificates of the NF 536 mark for Air Cleaners has been granted to two independent air cleaners with clean air efficiencies for particles, gaseous pollutants, microorganisms, and allergens. The scope of this programme includes all independent air cleaners for residential and non-residential applications and corresponding products can be found here.
