Nicola Biondo is the CAREL Group’s new Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to CEO Francesco Nalini.
A graduate in business and economics, Biondo joins CAREL after a career that has seen him acquire significant experience in large industrial companies both nationally and internationally, holding positions of increasing responsibility.
He will be tasked with managing and directing the group’s accounting, financial, tax and controlling activities, co-ordinating a team of colleagues worldwide. He will also deal with extraordinary corporate and finance activities, including in relation to M&A operations.
