 | Sauermann Group has announced the acquisition of E Instruments International in the US. Sauermann, which specialises in condensate removal pumps and test and measurement equipment for measuring indoor air quality, says the deal will boost the group's R&D, manufacturing, service and warehouse capabilities in the US. |
E Instruments International, based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, is an industrial designer and manufacturer of instrumentation solutions around emissions, combustion analysers and indoor air quality.
Sauermann Group CEO Serge Bohyn said: "This is a huge step forward for our evolution as a global brand. The acquisition of E Instruments International significantly strengthens our presence in the US test and measurement market and broadens our global portfolio to include and enhance combustion, volatile organic compound and various indoor air quality solutions.''
