Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is celebrating 10 years of delivering City & Guilds accredited courses at its training centre in Norfolk.
The Adcock Training Centre was founded in 2005 in Cambridge with the mission of providing in-depth training for specialist areas of HVAC and refrigeration that were not covered by public sector qualifications.
Training moved to a new facility in King’s Lynn in 2012, with the curriculum approved and accredited by C&G in 2013.
Brian Parker was appointed Training Manager in 2018 and is responsible for the successful delivery of the trade training programme, which now includes eight bespoke courses as well as regular training opportunities from leading manufacturers.
The company says that on-going training and upskilling opportunities are helping its people to grow and develop within their roles, leading to greater job satisfaction and engagement.
