Airvance Group strengthens UK position

International ventilation and indoor air specialists Airvance Group has acquired Mechanical Air Supplies Ltd, a British ventilation distributor and circular duct manufacturer. The move is said to strengthen Airvance's position in the UK, where it already has a presence through air distribution wholesaler SK Sales.

Lee Morgan, Managing Director of UK Airvance Group, will oversee operations. Mechanical Air Supplies Ltd Managing Director Kevin Miller will remain in place and be responsible for the company's development, along with Mark Doherty (Purchasing & IT) and George Ferrar (Finance & Branch Manager).
