Andy Wilson has returned to where it all began, leaving Johnson Controls to rejoin Penmann, where he completed his apprenticeship in 1995. A move designed to generate organic growth, Wilson will work alongside sales and marketing director John Kirwin to develop business with new and emerging food manufacturers and markets.
On joining the Penmann, Wilson said: “After developing my knowledge and technical ability with companies such as Trane and Johnson Controls, I’m delighted to be involved with Penmann again some 25 years later and excited to develop further and learn more from industry leaders. The future feels bright at Penmann. The company's appetite enthuses me to grow organically and heartened by the company ethos and strategy, which involves everyone. I’m a collaborative worker, a critical thinker, and a customer-focused solution provider. My personal ethics are always to remain customer-centric, as borne out by my track record in ‘end-user account management and sales. For me, it’s all about the relationship, and the trust comes from listening and really hearing what the customer is saying, and then using my technical knowledge and skill to develop the best solution."
