CAREL will be taking part in the Data Centre World Virtual Show, to be held online on July 7-8 as a digital preview of the exhibition scheduled for March 2022 in London.
Energy saving will be the theme at CAREL’s virtual stand, with products for data centres, supported by IoT services for a complete high efficiency system offering .
Amongst the technologies on show will be the recently introduced boss micro, for compact solutions, and the launch of its embedded edge solution for connecting HVAC controllers, boss one.
CAREL will also show how it has improved the management and control of the cooling system of the data centre at Gatwick airport in London, thanks to a technologically-advanced solution that maximised its efficiency.
Elsewhere, CAREL Group has acquired Enginia, which manufactures dampers and other plastic and metal components for air handling units.
CAREL says the integration with Enginia, based near Milan, will make it possible to expand its product portfolio in the HVAC market, consolidating its role as a supplier of complete solutions to manufacturers of AHUs.
Group CEO Francesco Nalini said: "The acquisition of Enginia is another important step in our strategy of development by external lines and adds another production platform to the 13already existing ones, making CAREL's offer even more complete. Moreover, it represents an opportunity of growth in an expanding market as the one of the air handling units, joining Recuperato., which is active in the same segment through the sale of heat exchangers/recovery units."
