DiversiTech (Pump House) has acquired ACR Supplies, a leading manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration ancillaries.
Craig Peebles of ACR Supplies, one of the Pump House founding members in 2000, said: “I am so excited to get back with the Pump House team and work together once again.”
Dave Bass, managing director of Pump House, said: “This acquisition will serve to offer UK wholesalers an even more extensive choice of products, coupled with the excellent customer service Pump House is renowned for in the industry.”
With the consolidation of the two companies on September 1, Pump House will be changing its name to DiversiTech International, with Pump House pumps remaining under the corporate umbrella,as a stand-alone brand.
