On 30 June, the IOR's 121st Annual Anniversary Dinner will be the first opportunity that members will have to hear from IOR President Mike Creamer FInstR.
After being postponed last year, the dinner is back as a summer celebration where Mike will talk about his vision for the IOR and its part in society and the work IOR is doing to raise the profile of the industry, improve standards and lead on environmental issues.
Creamer commented: "I am so looking forward to being able to meet and talk to members this year. It has been a great privilege to be involved so closely with the IOR and steer it through the last few turbulent years. I am proud of the progress that the IOR is making and can't wait to meet face to face with members on 30th June. I am confident that IOR members will want to show their support for their Institute and all that it has done to help them and their careers by coming together for this friendly and sociable occasion."
As the original industry dinner celebration, the IOR has held its event for over 122 years – since its formation in 1899. This year we return to London with a summer event which will allow us to celebrate World Refrigeration Day together.
The event has been the home of networking in the sector for over 100 years, combining the formality of a black-tie event with an informal meeting and greeting.
Individual members can book the dinner with prices at £147 + VAT, including a welcome drinks reception, a three-course meal including ½ bottle of wine per person, a guest speaker, and a late bar.
