Refrigeration and air conditioning engineering specialist Greencold has moved from Kettering to a larger industrial unit in nearby Wellingborough.
The company says the decision was driven by the need for more office and workshop space to help further expand its portfolio of environmentally sustainable cooling system offerings, such as those using CO2.
Director of Operations Vanessa Smith said: “While we have historically been specifying ammonia refrigerant for our industrial customer, we have also more recently been developing systems using CO2 and with the experience and success achieved so far we feel these new premises provide us with a great base to build from.
"We had hoped to have an open day to celebrate the move with suppliers and customers but due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions have had to cancel that.”
