Hermann Renz
Hermann Renz has retired from Bitzer and a career spanning over fifty years in the refrigeration industry. Described as a role model and an expert, advisor and mentor, Renz has worked in the far reaches of the globe developing products, training, concepts and publications. He has contributed to European directives and regulations for refrigeration products and held seats on committees DIN, CEN and ASHRAE.
Renz has characterised how BITZER provides technical support and information to its customers. As director of application engineering and product performance, he developed and held countless training on compressor and system technology, oil, refrigerant retrofit and much more. Beyond being at BITZER, he also worked for the Management Board of the SCHAUFLER Foundation in the foundation council of the Valerius-Füner-Stiftung. After the death of Senator Peter Schaufler, Hermann Renz was called for the Supervisory Board of BITZER SE. Its adoption by the Supervisory Board will take place in June 2021 at the Annual General Meeting.
