Star Refrigeration will deliver a keynote speech at the Cold Chain Live! 2022 conference in Birmingham next month.
The Cold Chain Federation event takes place at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre (September 8-9) and brings together experts to discuss topics including sustainability and innovation.
Star’s team in Birmingham will include Dr Rob Lamb (group sales & marketing director) who will deliver the keynote speech; Dr Andy Pearson (group MD), Dr Dermot Cotter (STS MD) and Nicky Cowan (SRE manager).
Cold Chain Live! Is split into three industry categories for the afternoon sessions – logistics, transport and energy. Star Refrigeration is hosting the Energy Zone and helping delegates tackle the following questions:
- The Net Zero cold store – myth or reality?
- Is generating your own power the way out of the energy crisis?
- How can I use data and benchmarking to take control of my energy costs?
- With soaring energy costs a priority for businesses across the sector and beyond, these sessions aim to give delegates inspiration and practical advice for lowering energy bills and reducing carbon footprint.
