Smith Brothers Stores has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification in quality management systems.
In order to achieve the globally recognised award, SBS needed to demonstrate that its quality management systems and levels of customer service comply with the certifications criteria.
Led by Quality Manager Dale Vincent, SBS says it was delighted to pass the stage 1 & 2 audits with flying colours, officially gaining the accreditation less than a year on from when it began the process.
