Wolseley UK has been recognised in the Top Employer Institute programme.
The programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers 6 key HR areas consisting of 20 topics including: people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and more.

The Top Employers Institute aims to recognise excellence in people practices and the programme has certified and recognised more than 1,857 Top Employers in 123 countries/regions across five continents.
