The Institute of Refrigeration's Women in RACHP Network (WiRACHP) will be staging its first career webinar on June 23 to coincide with International Women in Engineering Day (INWED).
With information on the industry and career progression, the webinar will include a presentation of the network as well as several accounts of female RACHP leaders talking about their journey in technical and non-technical roles.
There will be presentations on women's networks around the world and how the industry is promoting diversity and attracting new talents. Interactive polls and questions and answer sessions are also scheduled, allowing participants to get the most of the day as well as personalised advice.
