Carrier’s Commercial Service business in Europe is launching BluEdge Digital, a new tiered service offering to complement its existing service platform.
The new digital offering, which is added to existing BluEdge service agreements, connects customers’ equipment to Carrier’s cloud-based IoT platform, providing them with advanced analytics and actionable insights to visualise, advise and optimise machine health and lifecycle outcomes.
The new digital offering expands Carrier’s existing BluEdge tiered-service model, with three different levels of
access to BluEdge Digital.
The first service tier, BluEdge Digital Core, includes HVAC connectivity to monitor all equipment with dashboards, alarms and alerts. BluEdge Digital Enhance provides remote experts to analyse data and performance trends for all connected HVAC assets. BluEdge Digital Elite is bundled with a BluEdge Elite full protection plan to anticipate issues and reduce downtime with proactive maintenance recommendations, predictive analytics and vibration monitoring to optimise all outcomes and equipment health.
